Training with Charles
Once again I've inlisted the help of Charles Glass to help train me for the PBW Pro Show in FL and the Europa in August. We are going to be teaming up for leg and back workouts at Golds Venice. I will be doing a guest posing in England next week. There will be pics and video from the show for the site

Sorry havent been on here much
Ive been traveling. Was in Amsterdam,Germany, then back to Amsterdam and now Australia. Will be appearing at Jim Manions Pittsburgh show May 3 then back to Germany for another guest posing. So it's been hard to get online much. Everything is good! Im reloaded. Negotiating new sponserships and looking forward to getting back in the game and reclaiming the spot that I left. Training has been going great. I really felt discouraged being rushed back to the stage so soon by a certain company last year. I needed more gym time to get back to my usual self but didnt have a choice. This time will be different. My body has rested and is responding now. Stay tuned Ill be posting more often.

Real Deal Gladiator

On Saturday, January 26, thousands of hopefuls turned out at Gold's Gym in Venice, California, for a casting call for Season Two of American Gladiators.
Among those were several athletes from the IFBB ranks, none bigger literally and figuratively than Chris Cormier. The Real Deal more than held his own in the tryouts, despite weighing in at more that 280 pounds. But don't take our word for it - check out the video of Cormier's tryout.

Gladiator Tryout

Joining Cormier were IFBB figure professionals Zhanna Rhotar and Mary Jo Cooke, along with fitness professional Julie Shipley-Childs. Tryouts consisted of four physical tests - the number of pull-ups one could do in 30 seconds, the number of up-downs one could do in 30 seconds, a karaoke run through a rope ladder and 10 shuttle runs of approximately 15 yards each. The line, which formed at the back of Gold’s, stretched around the block, all the way down to Jay Cutler’s Max Muscle Venice.
