On Saturday, January 26, thousands of hopefuls turned out at Gold's Gym in Venice, California, for a casting call for Season Two of American Gladiators.
Among those were several athletes from the IFBB ranks, none bigger literally and figuratively than Chris Cormier. The Real Deal more than held his own in the tryouts, despite weighing in at more that 280 pounds. But don't take our word for it - check out the video of Cormier's tryout.

YOU ARE THE MAN CHRIS...I SAW THE VIDEO OF YOU DOING THE AMERICAN GLADIATORS TRYOUTS..YOU WERE DEFINITELY HOLDING YOUR OWN. I DON'T KNOW IF OYU MADE THE CUT OR NOT, BECAUSE THE VIDEO ENDED WITHOUT SAYING. IF NOTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD AT LEAST BE A JUDGE ON THE SHOW....
